Return Policy

Overview

We have a 7-day return policy so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • All tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet ALL of these criteria. The determination of whether an item meets return criteria is at our sole discretion.

Return Process

You can initiate a return by going to My Account > Orders, selecting the order, and clicking the Return button (Only available for delivered orders). Follow the on screen instructions to complete your return request. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance with your return.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order ONLY if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

You can cancel your order by going to My Account > Orders, selecting the order, and click the Cancel button if the order has not been shipped yet. Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance with your cancellation.

Damages and Issues

You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery by contacting us.

Documentation (photos) of damages may be required. We are not responsible for damages reported after the 12 hour window, as these may have occurred after delivery.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your current item by following our return process. Once your return has been accepted and processed, you can then place a separate order for the new item. All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 busines working days.

Refunds

Once your return is picked up and meets ALL eligibility requirements, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear in your account. We have no control over this timeframe.

Policy Modifications & Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Suncloth. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not proceed with any purchase or use of our services.
