We offer free shipping on all orders across India. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and respective responsibilities to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery availability varies by region. Check the delivery availability on product pages and at the checkout. Orders may be canceled if delivery to your location is not possible.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. All orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners. You can track your order on the order details page.

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or army post offices (APOs). If such an address is provided, we will contact you to request an alternative delivery address, which may delay your order.

Please note that delivery availability may vary across different regions in India. We recommend checking delivery availability on the product page before adding items to your cart and confirming availability again on the address page during checkout. Suncloth cannot guarantee delivery to all locations in India, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery is not possible to your specified address.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand our shipping options to select countries in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about international shipping availability.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 2-4 business days.

Shipping times vary based on your location. Generally, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

Please note that while we strive to meet these timeframes, they are estimates and not guarantees. Suncloth is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by going to the My Account > Orders and selecting the specific order. Tracking information will be available once your order has been shipped, including a "Track Order" button that links directly to our courier partner's tracking system.

For your convenience, we also send shipping updates and tracking details via WhatsApp to the phone number provided at checkout. Please note that message delivery may occasionally be delayed.

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the courier will typically make two additional delivery attempts. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility and orders will be canceled.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you have already accepted the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products.

For packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but not received, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 12 hours of the delivery. We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner.

Customer Responsibilities

The accuracy of the shipping address is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure all address details are correct at checkout. Suncloth is not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Policy Modifications & Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Suncloth. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not proceed with any purchase or use of our services.
